I had the same problem on my Fury after I installed Profit for the first time 3 weeks ago (cure spell "no longer in my spell book" or something like that, after zoning).
I edited the _ProfitUI_SubclassDetector.xml as gm9 said a while back, changing line 3 to:
<Text DynamicData="/GameData.Self.SubClass" Name="SC" OnTextChanged="show_window Custom.ProfitUI_SubclassDetector
and I haven't had a problem since. I even created a macro to re-run the sub-class detector if I had the problem again, but I never had to use it. It also seemed from what I read that opening and closing the Profit UI settings window might also re-run the class detector.
