IIRC, you can find a spell's number one of the following ways:

The hopefully easy way: Make a link of hte spell into your chat entry area, then copy it and paste it into a text editor and get the number there.

The longer-way:
Make a macro with it using the "spell" method (ie not /useability but the actual thing where you drag a spell in). Add a command type line after that with something you will easily recognize later in it
Move that macro on a hotbar.
Do a /savehotkeys to some file name. Open that file in your favorite text editor and look for the thing you put in earlier that you would recognize. The spell should be in numeric form just before that.

As for 1: Just like drumstix said: Taunt Mod and Taunt Crit do not exist, they were part of the fighter revamp that got canned. Attack, on the other hand, did exist but was canned and is no longer useful in any way (which is why SOE dropped it from the default).
