Free hosts are often used by spammers, which is probably why the forums were blocking direct linking there.
A quick look at the mod's page here shows that it hasn't been updated since April... if the problem started happening with a given patch then there was likely something changed in it that broke some component of that UI.
With that said, that UI seems to be based off of this UI by Dragowulf:

That has been updated after GU52. Since the UI you are talking about seems to be a specific implementation of that one, you might have some success in trying Dragowulf's.
