That is considered illegal scripting. EQAditu made a mod for this and got in trouble.
On another note, Aerilik has stated that they will completely revamp RoD and turn it into a pretty different spell. It will no longer interrupt anyone. There's a thread/post on the Official Forums somewhere about this.
