being that its a holiday weekend, you might not get too many replies. So, for my 2 cp worth, when ever there are odd errors like this, usually the first thing that is said is to make sure you have the latest java run time installed. Goto JAVA.com to check.
Then, the next best thing is to re-install the app from the makers web site directly
http://updater.pala.de/ in case your installation is bugged.
