Another quick way to get the numbers without needing to dig through your logs is to put all the spells you need them for into a macro, drag that to a hotbar and /save_hotkeys <filename>. The numbers are in plaintext in the saved file (or at least they used to be). You can also drag the spells directly to a hotbar for the same effect.
