I know, I'm just saying it's a way to still be able to do more damage IF you're already at the 100%. I didn't mean only when you're capped out.
There's lots of stats in the game that are thrown around too often (and too large of quantities) that they are becoming less meaningful. Get to 100% spell crit, so now what? Spell crit bonus!
What happens what your spell crit bonus is capped in a few expansions? Well... time to max out spell double cast! After that? spell double damage!
Getting off topic, and I'm not saying it's bad to have ways to increase your characters abilities, but it's a little ridiculous, IMHO, to have so many systems on top of each other. We'll end up with items with like 18 different blue textual objects.
