Just thought I'd clear something up here...
Spell crit has indeed been on the persona window for some time, the wonderful thing that it is but...
Spell crit bonus is something else entirely that's appeared on the higher end T8 armours. I believe it adds to the amount of damage a crit does entirely seperately to the basic crit rating that just determines whether you crit or not (i.e +2 crit bonus adds 2% to actual damage the crit hit does).
However, I suspect that the answer is simply that if the default UI doesn't show it then neither can profitui. It may well be a stat that SoE haven't forwarded to the ui screen as yet...although I am only guessing here.
