The problem here is that the broker has to span across ALL zones in the game so the items are stored on a central "world" server that all zones access. This server has absolutely no idea what collection items every single person in the game already has, so it cannot do the filtering. If there were an easy way to do this without destroying server performance we would have already done it. However, if we come up with any good ideas in the future this is something we can look at adding.
