I think we may have both been thinking of just differentiating between the four types of detrimental effects, not specific spells (at least I did). Whether you can work with the tooltip from the effects window I am not sure, maybe if you can disable some of the info such as duration which would make a string comparison impossible, not sure if you can for those tooltips though.
