It seems I'm having problems with the Journal. I can't remember if I had this issue prior to GU48 or not(if it is it's only by a day at most). The quick quest helper in the upper right corner is up always. The issue arises when you bring up the quest journal itself. The quick quest helper disappears and you have to bring up it again by pressing Alt-J.

It never disappears with any other command or application, so am I having a brain fart or are others having this issue as well?
