I've had no issues with Vista... in fact I play mostly on Vista now.
But then again, I also absolutely detest how almost every program wants to be in Program Files\<Company>\<title> (especially since for the same company they change it! Which defeats the purpose!), so EQ (and most everything else important) is *outside* of Program Files.
