I found the issue!
Admittedly I use a few pieces for different aspects of Profit that fill too much of my screen.
So with this fresh install I got to replace them one by one. and noticed the click to cure buttons and those nifty hotkeys for heals all worked perfectly with the fresh install. Until I replaced the eq2ui_mainhud_experience.xml file.
That jacked up the click to cure again. So I went back and put the profit experience xml back and they worked again perfectly. Odd that I never had this issue before. But there now seems to be a definite link between the two.
