If I understand you correctly some buttons do not show although they should? If that is the case something is wrong with your installation. Have you modified any of the files and/or set them on ignore on the updater, eg
_ProfitUI_QuickRaidButtons.txt?
Also does the button 2 show a tooltip? It should be
