I had one previously made for my UI which is mostly stand-alone mods for several windows. I had it has a seperate custom window, so it doesn't replace any stock windows. I don't have it anymore, as it was lost in an old HDD failure.
For now though, I have my hands tied with RL and some other UI work. But in a nutshell, it's possible and not too hard either
