You're a fast downloader. For a couple of minutes the download had that bug (actually some development code I forgot to remove). I hoped nobody had downloaded it yet and I ninja-fixed it (that'll teach me). Please redownload, and sorry about that.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
