That's the Map Dock and not the Mini-Map Dock.
Do note that the Mini-Map is pretty much useless at this point since you can just resize the Map itself.
At any rate, I'm not sure if the Mini-Map still has a button on the EQ2 Menu or not as I no longer use it nor the menu that comes with Fetish.
