Default NPC Speech window aren't on top - unreadable..
Hi,

first happy new year to all. I have found a strange situation that the NPC speech bubbles are overlayed from the hotkeys bottom of the window http://rhuidean.info/bug1.jpg

Could someone please check and maybe advise me whats its wrong here.
