this post claims that there is (which I guess is 'technically' true). However, the mod in question only incorporates the keyboard shortcuts that allow you to scroll through the list of quests one may have in their journal in the order they are listed as mentioned in the ***User Interface*** section of the
Live Update #24 release notes (near the end of the notes/thread).
