Red face Heroic Opportunity window relocate - how?
The Heroic Opportunity window comes up behind part of my hotbar stack. I"d like to relocate it, but it's up for such a short time, that I don't have a chance to grab and move it.

Is there a way to make it appear for window settings purposes?
