Known Bug: In any zone that doesn't have a default map, e.g. Wailing Caves, Fallen Gate, Blackburrow, Stormhold, the icons do not scale in position. They are in the correct position when the map is zoomed all the way out and they do scroll with the map.
Hopefully we'll get a fix for this soon.
