I had the same problem with the blank info center. Did a clean install of Profit and the updater and now it tells me the following file can not be downloaded:
eq2ui_custom.xml
EDIT: Logged into the game and nothing is working right now. I have NO health or power bar, neither does my pet. buttons are all missing and I have no POIs on my map. I have no titale bars on anything and no numbers anywhere. What is more, I tried to update AGAIN after restarting and I still get the messeg that the above file can not be downloaded. Oh wells, I guess I dont get to play for now since I have no way to monitor my health.
