I've download the 'Z TradeSkill with Tinkering and Transmute' mod from here ->

Unfortunately, I cannot get it to work with my UI (the EQ2 default one).
There is a link in the documentation that says I need to read some additional install instructions as I have the deafult UI. Unfortunately the links is broken and seems to point to:

I've tried copying the file into my UI\default directory overwriting the existing one (no help). I've also tried creating a eq2.ini that points to the UI\default directory hoping that it would re-read the file list there, but that didn't make any difference either.
So, I'm a bit stuck !
Any idea how I can activate just this one mod ?
