Ok, I've looked into this further and I'm completely baffled.
This is how it looks on System 2 (and on System 1 before the problem began):

Here is how it looks on System 1 now:

I completely removed all UI Files (including the Default) from System 1 and have replaced them with the files from System 2 & a Full File Scan. Yet the problem remains.
Please help...this doesn't effect gameplay what so ever but it's quite frustration not knowing what I did wrong. Plus I would LOVE to the original screen back just because it looks so nice.
