I think Darryl said he is not going to add any further quests to the InfoCenter, so it will never be in the official InfoCenter version. However, if you want to take the time and format your walkthrough in infocenter style I could add it in. Take a look at the \infocenter\quests\claymore folder as an example, basically every quest step becomes a text file. I would take care of creating the buttons and other code unless you want to do that as well.
