I also currently have this problem and have not been able to find an answer via the search of this forum.
I am using the current download available (v3.4.5) and this problem persists on any item with a quantity ... the quantity is located under the right corner of the icon slot, bleeding into other icons or is cut off completely. This occurs in inventory and on hotbars with anything that has a quantity.
Any way I can fix this?
