Looks like your uisettings were corrupted. You can type /load_uisettings to load the settings of an alt or one of the default settings provided with the UI. Of course you can also manually move the windows to where you want them.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
