Default White background in Persona Window, No Border around Map Window
When I open the Persona window I have no background, just this ugly white square box that takes up about 90% of the window.

Also when I open my map(EQ2map) it has no borders around the window. It just floats there (although this may not be related to to this UI since this happened with just EQ2map and the default UI, then was fixed when I went with Fetish then broke again when I went with Profit).
