Maybe your email provider uses a spam filter that blocks the notifications. They come from "
[email protected]" and contain text such as "*You are receiving this email because it is on your email feed list. If you would like to remove this feed just remove it from your feed list in the download control panel". Also, they contain two links.
I can see this easily get classified as SPAM.
