Hah, that solved it, I had never considered that you would be installing that separately. You do not need to. However, the eq2ui.xml included in the Market Window download was outdated and I hadn't noticed. By installing that you have overwritten the one included in the full ProfitUI download, which was working fine.

morpheusone, I just uploaded a fixed market window thanks to you. It also fixes two other minor issue, but I should update the full ProfitUI with that this weekend.
Edit to add: While the installation instructions on the site here always said to not overwrite your eq2ui.xml, which you had done, I also noticed that the instructions for the Market Window did not include that line... so in the updated download I just point to the site, it's easier to just keep on place up to date.
