Type /loadui and click sur "ProfitUI Reborn", if it is there at all. If the version is anything else than 3.2 (for got to update it for 3.3 ) then you installed in the wrong folder.

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
