I have found this Persona screen that really like

but what i really really love is the way the XP bars are... i have been searching for ages to find an xp bar that really gives me what im after... and here buried in this Persona is exactly what i like.
I know nothing about modding at all but would love to see these Xp offered separately ... is this even possible? if so is there anyone who can make the magic happen?
