Sounds like the uninstall process, which wasn't necessary at all in order to stop using the custom UI, didn't completely remove the EverQuest 2 directory (that's why I've got in the habit of manually deleting any residual folders/directories after uninstalling something).

Anyway, all you need to do to remove a custom UI you dont want to use anymore is to delete the eq2.ini file from your root EQ2 directory, which will force the game to create a new one and load the default UI upon next game session. You may as well delete the folder containing all the files for the custom UI you don't want to use anymore while you're at it.

If you find a different UI you want to try, don't delete the eq2.ini file. Just go in and edit it to point at the new UI.
