To be sure that it's not your files delete the entire UI folder and also make a full file scan from the patcher (this will delete any interfering UI files you may have and also ensure that all your game files are up to date).

I already have reinstalled just got to wait 2 and a half hours for it to patch
But if this doesnt work then ill go your way
