If I'm not wrong you could already see the number of charges. Think it has come with LU 30.
Just drag it on the Hotbar there you should see the number of uses you have left.
For example if i drag a "Manareg-Totem" on my hotbar, it shows me all the charges of the same "Manareg-Totem".
If i have 4 Totems (the same) in my inventory, one of them has only 3 charges left, an drag it on the hotbar, on the icons appears a number (18) which represents the charges left.
The same should be with all other items with charges. And normally you put it on the hotbar anyway, so no AddOn is needed.
