Fetish, Profit, ExtremeUI, ThorUI, are some of the most popular "complete" interface packages offered here.
I recommend you try them all and choose for yourself as its all a matter of personal preference. (Install is quite simple for most of those mentioned above)
And lets not forget the option to pick and choose from individual interface pieces.
