It's just I get tired of them (SOE) Fixing things that arn't broke.
Maybe they don't like the handle I've added. I'll do some more on it tonight as see what happens.
Untill then you can edit default eq2ui_mainhud_hotkeys.xml so they stay on top. Just find the first <Page and after </page type in AlwaysOnTop="True". Then save it to the eXtreme directory.
