Missing Tooltips
I have noticed that SOMETIMES my tooltips are missing on the recipies.
Ie., I hover over a recipie and all i get is the 'examine/construct' pop-up window. Then, I close and reopen the recipie book, or I select 'examine' and close the examine window, or I set the recipie book filter, or I clear the recipie book filter, and the tooltips are back for the recipies when I hover over them.
I have not noted a particular pattern, the tooltips just 'start showing' up.
