Sry, we have no control over what options show in a right-click menu. In theory I could add a global option to every right-click menu, but it'd be kinda annoying to see a hotbar option when right-clicking something else.
There's also a problem targeting the desired instance of a hotbar or bag. So far I haven't found a way to reliably reference anything other than the front-most instance of either, and right-clicking does not bring the window to the front.
