Some changes not listed in the Update notes were the new Hotbar Interface options.
I discovered these quite by accident today when adjusting the interface for various characters. I was trying to find the Adjust Icon Size option, and couldn't find it. Its been replaced by the Hotbar Settings. There are a ton of new hotbar options such as:
Icon Button Border
Icon Padding Size
Show/Hide Page buttons
Reverse Page buttons
Icon Size
They must have snuck these in without mention.
