I don't use the ProfitUI but I've always respected and admired GMs work so I'm posting a link to a general thread about the hotbar issue. Hopefully he can figure out what is going on and help us get things back on track.
Also, there's a pic of this particular problem from a ProfitUI user if it helps any.
