You shouldn't need to edit anything. Just show the window, then
manually move the window around a bit and fidle with the window options.
The game often doesn't save custom windows unless they are manually adjusted.
To be extra certain it always stays visible
after its open, you can add this bit of code to the first page element

but this probably wont make the window launch as visible to begin with.
