Yeah, looks like 2 problems from what I can tell.
1) The "cannot access file" errors. Do you have 2 copies or EQ2MAP or anything else running? Does it give you those errors when you boot up, and then the first and only thing you do is run EQ2MAP?
2) The "cannot resolve address" errors. Those basically mean that the EQ2MAP application cannot connect to the server properly.
Try going directly from cable modem to your computer (the one running EQ2MAP updater) and see if you get those same errors. If you do, it may be a problem with your computer.
Also, try turning off window's firewall and seeing if it works then.
