I've noticed that dragging icons in general has become harder since GU29. If I want to re-arrange my hotbars I have to click in the lower corner of an icon and drag diagonally toward the opposite corner - otherwise the icon just stays put. It's somewhat better in the bags but even there it's harder to "grab" icons than it was pre-GU29.

Mind you, it's not game breaking by any stretch of the imagination, but it adds an element of annoyance where there was none before hehe. And I doubt it has anything to do with Profit.
