Tooltips work if you do a clean install of the UI without any options (unless a new patch as of today broke it).
All bugs will be fixed (hopefully) before release. At least all that you posted are already fixed internally. I'm about 95% done with the release (completely arbitrary number I pulled out of thin air
) and will finish it up tonight after work so you get it on time.
The green skin from the beta pack will be in a skin pack that I will release simultaneously, the default skin remains blue.
