No idea, there are no UI windows in that place. Maybe lag or something in the zone causing a problem.

But I have another tip for you: right click your clock, go to window settings and select "frame & titlebar".

If it does not work, you likely installed it incorrectly. Always try a clean install before reporting bugs.
