Skuall, there is an area over the last button which you can grab to move the window. Looks like the same area on the bags.
Velkavian, try extracting
_Fonts smooth (XP window).zip in your ProfitUI folder and let me know if it helps.

Thanks again for the file. Finally took a look at it and found the problem. The vertical size of the bar was somehow set to 0. Thanks to yoru help I'll be able to prevent that in the next release.
