I had a similar error pop up yesterday. I didnt copy it at first as figured I will get the error again when I restart the Updater. I tried to run it again and got non-responsive program message from windows. On the next try however, the updater ran just fine, though there werent any updated files. I thought it odd because I havent updated in few weeks. I went options and redownloaded all the files and when I ran the updater this morning there was one file to update. I have no idea what the issue was and no more errors appeared.
