Alright, since I took a look at the Test update I'll provide a fix for you Test server players (this works only on Test!).
The target windows should work like before although I didn't check whether all 30 target effects are displayed correctly.
Hotbars work like before.
With the Bags you can have some fun resizing them! (Setting the larger bag size via "frame only" can currently cause issues when saving the bag size - this is work in progress
).
