Thanks diz, I tried to supply every bit of info I could with little effert needed to see it. I'm a min/max'er myself so having every thing out there helps
Now about the time and date; Load up the game and look at your screen closer. Game and RL time and date are there. If your inventory slots/bags are showing in the inventory then you can't see it.
They are just above the zone name.
